REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with EARTHGLOBAL.
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Returns
A return request may be accepted only if:

The product received is damaged during transit.

The product received is incorrect.

The product packaging is tampered with before delivery.
Any return request must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@earthglobal.in with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Refunds
After reviewing the submitted information, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

Products damaged after delivery

Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
